Our site includes 3 separate buildings with units ranging from 120m2 to 750m2, with a total building area of 1830m2 and site area of 5700m2. This area holds space to 47 available parking spaces, amongst cycle stores and an area for longer wheelbase vehicle turning.

Current Updates
Having built unit 11 in 2022 which has been sold to Partic Motor Spares in 2023, we are currently working on constructing and cladding unit 12, our largest building on the site. When this is fully erected and installed, work can begin on unit 13, our smallest one, then the tarmac can be laid to finish off our groundworks in preparation for line-marking the parking spaces and turning routes.

A Look At Our Buildings
Each building on site is cladded with 80mm Insulated Kingspan KS1000RW Cladding on the walls and 150mm on the roof. Units have translucent rooflight pans that allow natural daylight in and are equipped their own 3-phase electrics, water and drainage throughout. This means that these buildings have the requirements to suit needs for office space, workshop or even storage space.
With space for signage, and any any facade modifications, our units can be converted and used by any business that may specific requirements. Each unit has a roller door and PA doors placed to allow easy access and easy escape in the event of any issues.
