The scope of the project involved designing and constructing a spacious 36x30x6.2m hot rolled steel frame structure (supplied by Bespoke Architectural) that served a dual purpose: showcasing cars and providing office space. The Cladding used was Kingspan Micro-rib cladding - KS1000 AWP with KS1000RW used on the roof. Our team took charge of the entire structural process, starting from designing the foundation and slab for the groundworks. This included drainage and a sewage treatment plant that we installed. The project showcased our expertise in steelworks, as we crafted a remarkable 432m2 mezzanine to provide the office area. Additionally, we incorporated a stunning full front architectural wall, complete with curtain wall glazing, that added both functionality and aesthetic appeal to the structure. By planning and executing every step of the project, we ensured that Sascron received a high-quality steel building that perfectly met their requirements.
