Rotterdam Business Park is setting new standards in industrial units. Situated off Rotterdam Park in the Sutton Fields Industrial Estate, our site boasts a prominent location fronting onto the A1033/Holwell Road. Just 4.5 miles north of Hull City Centre, it offers excellent cross-city links and easy access to the ports of Hull and the wider motorway network via the A63 and M62.

Working closely with our client, SSB has designed, supplied, and is currently installing the first phase of this large project. Units 12 and 14, forming part of the popular Sutton Fields Industrial Estate, represent the next phases of our project. These new build industrial units are set in an excellent location, surrounded by a mix of local, regional, and national business occupiers.

Each unit will benefit from its own 3-phase electric supply, water, and drainage. Telephone and internet services will also be available, subject to contracts with the suppliers.
